BelleFair is about 30 miles north of Manhattan; a 40-minute commute to the City on Metro-North. The community was designed and built by Spectrum Skanska, one of the Northeast's premier luxury home builders. BelleFair opened in 1999, and was completed in 2001. (Spectrum was acquired by WCI Communities in 2004).
