BelleFair is a homeowners' association located in the Village of Rye Brook, in Westchester County, New York. Our community includes:

NOTICE: the Homeowners Association has 3300 SF of beautiful commercial space available for lease in the retail building at 18 BelleFair Blvd. The asking rent is $20 per square foot. BelleFair is about 30 miles north of Manhattan; a 40-minute commute to the City on Metro-North. The community was designed and built by Spectrum Skanska, one of the Northeast's premier luxury home builders. BelleFair opened in 1999, and was completed in 2001. (Spectrum was acquired by WCI Communities in 2004).
